Vanessa Anderson

Vanessa's experience focuses on intellectual property, corporate and regulatory law. At LSL, she assists nationally recognized consumer product clients in the drafting and negotiating of intellectual property licensing agreements, general business and consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, material transfer agreements and strategic alliance and co-development agreements. She also works with clients to develop corporate best practices and protocols for consumer and employee privacy. She offers clients her experience in trademark selection and prosecution.

Prior to joining LSL, Vanessa worked with Keller and Heckman LLP, a regulatory firm in Washington, D.C. She has worked for boutique firms, specializing in patent and complex commercial litigation, and as a Technology Transfer Associate at a flagship land grant university.

Vanessa received a J.D. from Louisiana State University and holds a M.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, with specialization in Biotechnology, from Georgetown University. She is a Registered Patent Attorney before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the District of Columbia Bar and the Louisiana Bar.
